Snapper

Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Snapper app for iPhone ("Snapper"), provided by Your Name or Company ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Snapper you agree to them. They apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Standard EULA allows.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snapper on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its looks (filters and color lookup tables), except where the law allows it.

2. Your photos

You own the photos you take with Snapper. They are processed on your device and we do not receive them. You are responsible for the photos you take and share and for having any permissions they require.

3. Snapper Premium

4. Free features

Thirteen looks, basic editing (including highlights, shadows and the date stamp) and one personal preset are free to use. Exports are watermark-free. Saving a photo with a premium look or tools as it is requires Premium, but any photo can always be saved for free without its premium parts, and edits made while you had Premium stay exportable after it ends. We may change which looks are free or premium in future versions; looks you have already saved to your library are not affected.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Snapper to break the law, infringe others' rights, or photograph people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy without their consent.

6. Looks and trademarks

Snapper's looks are original creations. Descriptions such as "disposable" or "film" describe a style; Snapper is not affiliated with or endorsed by any camera or film manufacturer.

7. Disclaimers

Snapper is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own backups of photos that matter to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or photos, arising from your use of Snapper. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Snapper Premium in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and continued use means you accept the new terms. You can stop using Snapper at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country/state, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
