I bought Premium but looks are still locked
Open Snapper › Settings › Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Restoring is free.
How do I use a promo code?
Open Snapper › Settings › Redeem Code, or tap Redeem Code at the bottom of the Premium screen, and enter the code. Premium unlocks as soon as it's accepted. You can also redeem it in the App Store app: tap your account picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Snapper, or tap Manage Subscription in Snapper's settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Where are my photos?
Every shot is kept in Snapper (tap the thumbnail next to the shutter). With "Save to Photos Automatically" on, every shot is also added to your photo library; a shot taken with a Premium look you haven't unlocked is saved without that look, and Snapper keeps the full look. You can save any photo from the review screen.
What is free?
Thirteen looks (at least one in every collection), basic editing with highlights and shadows, the date stamp, clean exports and one personal preset are free. Premium adds all looks, unlimited personal presets, batch preset styling, curves, the color mixer, film effects, frames and export layouts. Premium looks and tools can be previewed free. Saving them as they are needs Premium, but you can always save the photo for free without them: tap Save Without in the editor.
Is there a one-time purchase?
Yes. Lifetime is paid once and covers all current and future looks and tools. It never renews. If you bought it while a subscription was running, cancel the subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions so it doesn't renew.
How do I save and reuse a style?
Open a photo, choose its look and adjustments, then tap Presets and give the style a name. To style a batch, select photos in the Library and choose Style › Apply Personal Preset. Crops, frames and dates stay specific to each photo. Undo Last Batch restores the previous edits unless a photo has been edited again since.
Can I use my saved style while shooting?
Tap Presets on the camera and choose a saved style. Its strength and adjustments appear live and are kept in the photo. The camera remembers the active preset. Selecting or swiping to another base look clears it. From the editor, open a preset’s menu and choose Shoot with This Preset.
How do I share or import a preset?
In Presets, open the menu beside a style and choose Share Preset File. Send it through the share sheet or save it to Files. Open a shared .snapperpreset file in Snapper, or choose Import Preset File inside Presets. Review its sample preview and settings, then confirm. Importing creates a new preset and follows the same free-slot limit; it never replaces an existing one. Sharing a preset does not unlock a Premium look.
What is a style card?
Share Style Card creates a labeled photo and attaches the preset file. From the editor it keeps the photo’s crop and finishing while applying the selected style. From other screens it uses a labeled sample. Ordinary exports remain clean.
How do I finish a whole set?
Select photos in the Library, then choose Style › Finish Photo Set. Enable a shared frame, layout or both, and review the previews. Individual crops, colors and dates stay untouched. Apply keeps the photos selected for saving; Apply & Share prepares the set for sharing. Batch finishing requires Premium.
What happens to presets if I cancel?
Your presets stay on your iPhone. You can use one personal preset free; in its menu, choose Use as My Free Preset to change which one. Existing edits are kept, but exports using premium looks or finishing still require Premium. Photos already exported are unaffected.
Where do frames and dates appear?
Open a photo and choose Finish. Preview a border, a fitted square/post/story layout or a date stamp. Layouts keep your whole cropped photo. Confirm the printed date, especially for imports with no capture date. Finishing is reversible and does not alter your original.
The camera or saving doesn't work
Check the iPhone Settings app › Snapper and make sure Camera is on and Photos is set to "Add Photos Only" or "Full Access".
